Please continue to pray for the healing of Jack's heart, mind and emotions. We have made the decision to homeschool him beginning the first of November. This is a HUGE step for me since I am not cut from that fabric in the natural. This will truly have to be God working through me. I am very overwhelmed by this decision and praying He guides my every step. When I think about it I am filled with anxiety.

Hey there!

We are doing well. We are loving our new family picture the infamous Kevin took, so marvelously! Manuel is staying busy between the snow removal and the regular business. Sara and Sophie are loving the new schools and are doing well. The Norwalk schools are definately harder than Des Moines, but it's a very good thing! Bela is loving pre-school and doing very well. Lyza is trying to do everything Bela is doing and loving being 3. I am doing well as well. The baby is giving me a run for my money already! She is quite a mover and a shaker. We are very excited to see this little burger! I am doing well at school, my pyro is gone...good thing. I found out today that I'm getting another new student on Monday so my class size is going back to 29. 29! Can you believe that? It should be illegal to have that many 5th graders in one classroom. It doesn't help that my classroom is SMALL! Okay, well enough of my sob story! Love you all and hope more people get going on this!

Hey Everyone!!
oh denny you are so funny!! what are you keeping from us? im really curious. Nothing is much new with us except we did get a house. We close on march 9th! we are super excited, the house needs lots of TLC, but we are willing! Our jobs are going great and we are keeping busy packing and going back and forth on paint colors and looking online at stuff we will probably never even buy! hahah! Since we didnt get to come to Christmas eve, we feel like we havent seen any of you forever. So i have given all of you plenty of time to think about the 3 day walk in st pete in october...Who's walking with me and kevin?? love you all
Hey, where are you all? Ok call someone and tell them to get to blogging. I am at Nicoles again so here I am. Have any of you done something out of your comfort zone? Have you called someone and said I love you? What's going on in your lives. Mines pretty boring but I guess thats better then drama. I have something going on when I know when it will happen I will let you know. You will never in your dreams guess what it is but I will let you know when the times right! I bet I gotcha now! Don't ask because I can't say until I know. I am not dying or moving so no worring. It will be a good thing for me. I know I have you guessing but it will have to wait. Anyway Whitney and Kevin congrats on the new house! I am very excited for you. I want to see it. Has anyone heard from Hayley. I need to get her phone number and call her. I can't believe in a month Sam will be gone. I am trying to wrap my brain around all this. I am excited for the wedding. The kids are really excited. I hope you all will come and stay for the dancing. The food is going to be great as well as everything about that day. You all remember what it was like for you. Susan G. Komen 3 Day!

Hey Everyone!

The Susan G. Komen 3 Day Walk was such an amazing experience. It was unforgettable and we were all so moved and touched. Opening ceremonies began on Friday at about 7:30 am. It was a bit emotional seeing many survivors and every one that was fighting for them! The walkers walked 20 miles each day and by the second day they were popping blisters and rewrapping their feet with bandages at every stop..By the third day they were hurting pretty bad!.. They did great! Everyone finished the race. They walked 60 miles total. It goes to show how much they love and care for Debbie and that this race wasn't about them! This was one of the best experiences of my life. In the midst of them walking we set up cheering spots everywhere we could. The second day was rough for them so we probably stopped at 10 different locations and cheered them on. We went to a chemo appointment with deb on Friday and met her favorite nurse(pictured top right). We were there for about 2 hours or so,grandma even took a nap. The trip was packed with excitement and we had a blast! I hope everyone can come or be involved next year.. Nicole and I have already
vowed to walk in the next 3 day in St. Pete! We had a great time! love you!
